VOYUS is an online group transportation marketplace that connects customers seeking charter transportation services with independent, licensed transportation operators. VOYUS acts solely as an intermediary platform — we do not own, operate, control, or employ drivers for any transportation vehicles, and we are not a transportation carrier.
Our platform provides technology that facilitates discovery, comparison, quoting, booking coordination, and initial deposit collection. VOYUS is not a transportation company, a payment processor for operators, or an intermediary for ongoing payments between customers and operators. All transportation services are provided solely by the independent operator you engage through the platform. Operators set their own prices, manage their own vehicles, and are solely responsible for their service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or submit a booking inquiry on VOYUS.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
If you create an account on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. Organization accounts are designated as company accounts and may access additional corporate booking features.
VOYUS reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion if we believe the account has been used in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or in a manner harmful to the platform, other users, or participating operators.
Submitting a booking inquiry on VOYUS does not constitute a confirmed reservation. An inquiry expresses your interest and is sent to one or more participating operators for review and quoting. A booking is confirmed only when an operator accepts your inquiry and a deposit has been collected.
A non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the total booking amount is required to confirm a booking. This deposit is applied toward your total balance.
The remaining balance (75% of the total) is paid directly to the operator prior to the service date, at a time and method specified by the operator. VOYUS is not involved in the collection of the remaining balance. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.
When you pay your deposit to confirm a booking, VOYUS collects the following fees on top of the operator's transportation rate. These fees are clearly itemized at checkout before you confirm:
VOYUS collects only the 25% deposit plus the applicable fees above. The remaining 75% balance is paid directly to the operator — VOYUS is not involved in that transaction.
All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors. VOYUS does not store your full payment card information on our servers.
Quoted prices do not automatically include taxes or gratuity unless explicitly stated. Taxes, if applicable in your jurisdiction, are the responsibility of the customer. Gratuity for drivers and crew is discretionary and appreciated.
If a participating operator cancels a confirmed booking, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including the deposit. VOYUS will make reasonable efforts to assist in finding an alternative operator available through the platform, though we cannot guarantee availability.
If you fail to appear at the agreed pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled departure time without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

By submitting information, reviews, or other content to VOYUS, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with platform operations. You represent that you own or have the right to submit such content.
Reviews and ratings must be honest and based on your genuine experience. VOYUS reserves the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or violate these Terms.
The VOYUS name, logo, and all platform content (including software, designs, text, graphics, and data compilations) are the property of VOYUS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any VOYUS content without prior written consent. Operators retain ownership of their own listing content but grant VOYUS a license to display it on the platform.
VOYUS is a marketplace platform and is not a transportation carrier. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. VOYUS does not warrant uninterrupted access or that the platform is free of errors.
VOYUS encourages customers and participating operators to resolve disputes directly and in good faith. VOYUS may, at its discretion, mediate disputes but is under no obligation to do so. Our decisions in any mediation are final.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against VOYUS.
VOYUS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where feasible, notify registered users by email or in-app notification.
Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform.
