Operators are prohibited from using your contact information for any purpose other than fulfilling the booking. Operators agree to our Operator Terms, which include data handling obligations.

We do not use third-party advertising SDKs or data tracking networks. We do not embed social media tracking pixels.
VOYUS uses browser localStorage (a form of client-side storage) rather than traditional cookies for most platform preferences. This includes:

VOYUS is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
Users must be at least 18 years old to create a VOYUS account or book services. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
